Job Description

Salesforce Architecture Leadership:

Own the architecture and design of comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Define enterprise-level architectural frameworks and integration patterns, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with security standards. Translate business goals into Salesforce solutions and oversee their technical implementation across global teams.

Sales Cloud Strategy & Integration:

Lead end-to-end architectural planning and design for Sales Cloud implementations to support CRM strategies, pipeline visibility, and sales optimization. Establish and drive best practices in sales automation, workflow design, and custom object development. Integrate Sales Cloud seamlessly with ERP, CPQ, and third-party platforms.

Marketing Cloud & Personalization:

Architect robust Marketing Cloud solutions with a focus on segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, and analytics. Drive strategies that leverage Marketing Cloud Personalization and Intelligence tools to optimize the digital customer journey. Ensure all marketing technology aligns with data privacy regulations and organizational marketing KPIs.

Experience Cloud Enablement:

Lead the design and deployment of tailored Experience Cloud solutions (portals, partner communities, self-service hubs) to drive engagement and loyalty. Champion user-centric design and accessibility in the development of scalable, future-ready experiences.

Data-Driven Insights & Intelligence:

Develop and enforce a data strategy that enables real-time insights using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence and CRM Analytics. Advocate the use of AI and predictive models to enhance targeting, lead scoring, and campaign performance.

 

Must Have

Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Salesforce Architect and domain certifications highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role. Deep expertise in Salesforce core platforms: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated tools (CDP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc). Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise Salesforce architecture and integrations with platforms such as MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and data lakes. Proven ability to manage large-scale Salesforce implementations across geographies and business units. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions. Strong command over Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
