Job Description

Quotation Preparation:
- Create and manage detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on their requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure all quotations reflect product/service offerings, pricing, terms, and conditions accurately.
- Customize quotations for specific client needs, ensuring competitive pricing while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Follow up on quotations sent to clients to ensure understanding and address any queries.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market data to assist in developing marketing strategies that align with customer requirements and company objectives.
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
- Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams to create marketing materials.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and foster customer engagement through email marketing, social media, and other platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including ROI and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding quotation status, potential sales, and marketing efforts.
