Sr. Sales Manager - For Rapid & Elisa (IVD) Kits

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales of IVD products (Rapid & Elisa test kits) and Medical Devices (BP Monitors, Thermometers, Glucometers, Nebulizers). Candidate should have hands-on experience in selling these products and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies for IVD products (Rapid, Elisa and Serology) and medical devices.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets.

4. Provide product training and technical support to customers.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

6.Manage the team and achieve the sales target.

Requirements:

• Sound amount of sales experience in IVD products (Rapid & Elisa) and/or Medical Devices (BP Monitors, Thermometers, Nebulizers).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the diagnostics market.
• Capability of handling a team.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, or a related field.
