Sr. Sales-IT Services

As an ideal candidate for the role of IT Services Sales Manager in Noida, your main responsibility will be to increase business revenues through acquisition of new clients in the IT services sector. Your expertise in T and M based projects, turnkey projects, and staff augmentation will be crucial in identifying potential prospects and converting them into valuable clients. You should possess a good understanding of IT services sales and be capable of managing clients at senior levels. Key Responsibilities: - Identify prospective clients and generate revenues for IT services business - Generate leads through various networks and convert them to increase business - Understand local and international markets for T&M and Fixed Price projects - Deep penetration for increasing sales for large accounts - Analyze market and competitor trends to drive plans for increasing sales revenues - Connect and interact with CEOs, CXOs, VP-technology, HR Head / Finance to create strong relationships and boost sales volume - Prepare RFPs, EOIs, SOWs, MSAs and understand scope, profit, risks, etc., - Articulate well and convert passive clients into real-time business deals - Prepare reports / trackers for various activities involved in achieving the sales plan - Ensure adherence to achieving the sales plan and participate in reviews with reporting supervisor Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate with 8-12 years of experience in handling IT Services sales - Sound experience in B2B sales is mandatory - Understanding of IT Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage - Effective communication, negotiation, and personal grooming skills - Knowledge and understanding of technology automation aspects will be beneficial In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company values your expertise in IT services sales and expects you to contribute significantly to the growth and success of the business.,
