Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Mobile Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mobile handset sales, strong dealer/retailer network contacts in West Bengal, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales of mobile phones in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile retailers, dealers, and distributors.
• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach.
• Regularly visit markets and retail outlets to monitor sales performance and competitor activity.
• Execute product promotions, brand visibility campaigns, and in-shop branding as per company guidelines.
• Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and timely delivery coordination.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Coordinate with the back-office and logistics team for order processing and stock movement.
• Attend product training, launch events, and review meetings as and when required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in mobile phone sales (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the mobile retail landscape in Kolkata and surrounding areas.
• Existing contacts with mobile dealers/distributors will be a strong advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel frequently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using smartphones, basic Excel, and reporting tools.
• Own two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,556.62 - ₹29,039.08 per month
