Job Description

Sales Executive – Bitumen / Emulsion / LDO / FO

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business development, manage client acquisition, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities (Keywords Included):

  • Generate leads, conduct cold calling, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Handle B2B/B2C sales, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets and prepare sales reports.
  • Conduct market research, track competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, follow-ups, and customer support.

Requirements (Keywords Included):

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in field sales/inside sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and pipeline management preferred.
