Job Description

VJSmart Home Automation is seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive(Only male candidates) for a field-based role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for sales, and a good understanding of smart home automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell VJSmart home automation products to residential and commercial customers.
Conduct field visits, meet clients, explain product features, and provide demos.
Achieve the assigned monthly revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversions.
Maintain relationships with dealers, electricians, and customers for continuous business growth.
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities regularly.
Provide customer feedback to the team for product and service improvements.
Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.

Requirements:

Male candidate with strong field sales experience (home automation/electrical/electronics preferred).
Must own a bike with valid driving license.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Basic understanding of smart switches, IoT devices, or home automation (added advantage).
