Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our travel agency in Shimla. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and promoting customized travel packages, especially for Himachal and pan-India destinations. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to lead and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Sell domestic and international tour packages with a focus on Himachal Pradesh tourism.
• Manage high-value client interactions and provide travel consultation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Train and support junior sales staff as needed.
• Monitor market trends and suggest improvements in sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in travel or tourism sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Himachal tourism and major travel destinations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
