We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join our travel agency in Shimla. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, promoting tour packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and basic knowledge of travel destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell domestic and Himachal-based travel packages.
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into bookings through follow-ups and persuasive communication.
Maintain client records and assist with itinerary planning.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with vendors and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

Female candidate with strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of Himachal and other tourist destinations.
Customer-focused, target-oriented, and self-driven personality.
Familiarity with computer usage (MS Office, internet, WhatsApp).
Experience in sales or travel industry preferred (freshers may apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
