About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
