The Opportunity We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who is passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and expanding our dealer/distributor network across India. What You’ll Do • Drive inside sales with 100+ client interactions daily. • Generate and convert leads into active dealers/distributors. • Deliver impactful product presentations and demos (virtual & in-person). • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. • Collaborate with the sales team on growth and market expansion strategies. • Maintain sales activities and client records in CRM tools. • Travel for field sales when required. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team. • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software. • Willingness to travel.
