Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. You should have a solid understanding of the sales cycle, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Manage and grow existing client accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction Conduct product presentations, solution demos, and negotiations with potential clients Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and sales contracts Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to tailor solutions that meet client needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 3–5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [insert industry] Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8511116054
