Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting the company’s products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or customer service (1–3 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary + Incentives + Travel allowance (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
