Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting and selling IT training programs offered by IT Talent Hub (Grethena), a UK based training company specializing in IT and AI career-focused training. Your role will involve actively selling IT training programs to leads, conducting cold calls and consistent follow-ups, utilizing HubSpot CRM to manage leads, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. You will also be required to generate new leads via digital outreach, professional networking, and referrals, and effectively communicate the value, outcomes, and benefits of training programs to potential clients. Collaborating with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation strategies is also a key aspect of this role. Additionally, maintaining thorough records of all sales activities and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle will be crucial to ensure client satisfaction.
