Sr. Sales Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

As a Sr. Sales Executive specializing in Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE) at the Marketing Branches Operations, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the Deposit pool from customers, setting and maintaining service standards, achieving cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, selling MF and Insurance products, generating Fee Income, overseeing Branch Administration, ensuring Regulatory Compliance, managing branch team productivity and morale, and being accountable for the branch's break-even point and Profit & Loss statement. To excel in this role, you should have a total of 6 years of experience in Banking, with a focus on Retail Liabilities for at least 3-4 years. Sales experience, particularly in Liabilities products, is essential. An MBA/CA/CAIB qualification is preferred. Strong leadership skills are required, with a focus on tactical decision-making. The ideal balance between thinking and doing is 40:60. You should possess a deep understanding of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes at both macro and micro levels. Moreover, your ability to collaborate effectively with all units involved in the customer service cycle is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to liaise with the product management team, marketing departments, and other centers and verticals to drive new product development, service improvements, and sales initiatives.
