Sr. Sales Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive for Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE) in the Marketing Branches Operations, your main responsibilities will include enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing service standards, achieving cross-selling targets for non-deposit products, selling Mutual Funds (MF) and Insurance products, generating fee income, managing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing branch team productivity and morale, and being accountable for branch break-even and Profit & Loss (P&L) performance. Key Responsibilities: - Enhance deposit pool from customers - Establish service standards and delivery - Achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products - Sell MF and Insurance products - Generate fee income - Manage branch administration - Ensure regulatory compliance - Supervise branch team productivity and morale - Be accountable for branch break-even and P&L Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of banking experience with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities - Sales experience and exposure, preferably in Liabilities products - MBA/CA/CAIB qualification - Good leadership skills with a focus on tactical abilities - In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets, and economic processes - Ability to collaborate with various units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer satisfaction - Experience in liaising with product management, marketing, and other departments for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives,
