Sr Sales Engineer

Looking for Sales Engineer with atleast 5 years of relevant experience for selling PAC Electronics products (Electronic Components) in India. Individual is required to be passionate, proactive, attentive, self-motivated and result-driven with ability to handle work independently, systematically in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly report to Sales Manager. Job Performance will determined by the number of new customer accounts created and number of KPIs achieved. Location: WFH. Estimated Annual Fixed Salary range INR 5L - 8L.

Responsibilities

• Research, Identify and develop private & govt sector customers within India

• Attend exhibitions and expos within India for PAC Electronics

• Visit Customers, acquire new leads / opportunities and furnish report to Sales Manager

• Deliver sales presentations on PAC Electronics and associated products to clients

• Responsible for initial negotiation with customers and purchase windows

• Maintain relationships with all existing clients for growing accounts

• Understanding of PAC Electronics value proposition as well as the competitive landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronics / Electrical disciplines

• 5 years of sales experience in Electronic Component Distribution

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, Cold Calling skills and follow-up

• Good command of both written and spoken English, spoken Hindi. Additional Indian language is a plus.
