Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sr. Sales Engineer based in Noida. The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements, providing technical support, and presenting solutions. The role includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Sr. Sales Engineer will also provide post-sales support and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales with a track record of achieving targets
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Diploma in Engineering, Automation, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial automation sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in using Zoho software.
