Sr. Sales Engineer

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular visits and effective communication.
• Understand and interpret customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
• Manage client accounts, ensure timely order forecasting, and follow up on payments to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service and problem-solving.
• Track and analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present results to the Sales Head.
• Collaborate in marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences, and assisting in designing marketing plans.
• Demonstrate strong sales expertise in industrial steel products, with excellent communication, confidence, and commercial awareness.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
