Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sr Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Sr Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing a sales team, and identifying new market opportunities. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, coordinating with the sales team to achieve targets, analyzing market trends, and engaging with customers to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Strategic Sales Management and Team Leadership skills
• Experience with Marketing Campaigns, Market Analysis, and Customer Engagement
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and use of Marketing tools
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
