Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling communication tasks, and performing receptionist duties. The role also includes overseeing sales interactions and maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment for all visitors. Qualifications Experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to perform Receptionist Duties efficiently Familiarity with Sales processes and interactions Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a team environment Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively Relevant experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
