Job Description

As a Senior RPA Engineer at BMC, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation across business functions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, mentor junior developers, and ensure high availability and reliability of bots. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem by integrating with AI tools and maintaining documentation for all developed bots. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements. - Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance for best practices in bot development and documentation. - Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability. - Contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem by integrating with AI tools and maintaining documentation for all developed bots. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism. - Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python. - Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
