Job Description

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in bot development and documentation.
Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem, including integration with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and PowerApps.
Maintain documentation for all developed bots and ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards.

To ensure you re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.

Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python.

Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
