Position: Sr. Relocation Consultant

Location : Kalyannagar, Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Client communication
• Reply to clients queries via email /phone in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Coordinating with realtors and schools
• Prepare program itinerary
• Make appointments with various schools, hospitals, clubs, etc for the clients.
• Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure to main office and client
• Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls
• Prepare weekly reports on clients progress
• Maintain internal MIS and Trackers
• Conduct orientation Program on field and home search
• To assist clients who want to move to the new city to help understand & settle down in the new city.
• Helping clients find houses through real-estate brokers and sourcing the right property for them.
• To help them to source right school
• To help clients to book a hotel if there is a hotel requirement to stay in the hotel.
• To coordinate with immigration consultants to complete visa related services.
• To ensure the client company is updated at all times with home search & the settling process of

employees.

• Act as a point of escalation and resolution of issues that arise on a case-by-case basis
• Serve as a single point of accountability for the day-to-day operations - coordinating with the IOS team

and ensuring client satisfaction.

• MIS & Documentation
• Follow up and ensure to update progress details in internal ERP software.
• Collation of weekly reports
• Inter- Department Coordination
• Interact with relevant aligned services (P & M, Car rental. Immigration or Temp accommodation) as per

requirement

• Preferably someone from hospitality background, hotel, travel, real estate, or service industry

Desired Profile

• Education Qualification Minimum graduation
• Experience – Minimum 3 years
• Skills – Good communication skills
• Comfortable with field work for client visits
• Pref. – Having prior experience in facility management services
• Ready to travel to Bangalore.
