Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Senior Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Vizianagaram location. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable home finance solutions. Key responsibilities include driving sales of financial products, achieving performance targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with various internal teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, customer engagement, and customer service
• Proficiency in sales and business development, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and provide tailored loan solutions
• Experience in the financial services or housing finance sector is highly recommended
• Knowledge of financial products like home loans, commercial property loans, and real estate finance
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
