Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter for IT & Non-IT roles, your primary responsibility will be to conduct full-cycle recruitment activities. This includes identifying hiring trends, sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation. You will be working on-site in Mohali, Punjab, in the mid/afternoon shift from Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturdays off. - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles - Utilize industry knowledge to identify hiring trends and strategies - Source candidates through job portals and other relevant channels - Assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the roles - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Collaborate with team members for efficient recruitment processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience - Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT industry hiring practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in recruitment tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (Note: Additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.),
