Job Description

Role: Sr QC Manager Experience: 5+ Years Location: Dhulagarh, Howrah District, West Bengal Responsible to lead and manage the quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing product quality, implementing QMS standards, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Operational Ensure compliance with ISO standards and QMS implementation across production lines Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation Plan and conduct internal process audits , and oversee CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) Perform inspection and monitoring of production output to meet quality specifications Use quality tools and inspection techniques to identify and address product/process deviations Generate quality reports and documentation , and present analysis to senior management Adherence as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs). 2 . Management: Lead and manage the Quality Control team effectively Train and mentor QC personnel on quality practices, tools, and systems Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure quality goals are met Internal interface : All related departments External interface: Statutory bodies Consultants Vendors/Contractors Education: BE./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Haora, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have working experience in the Power Sector/Industry?
