Sr. QA Engineer

Role Overview: As a developer for the white box testing position within the testing department, you will be responsible for utilizing your more than 5 years of experience in software testing. Your key focus will be on developing testing tools, creating unit tests, and analyzing code in Java. It is essential to have a strong understanding of SDLC and Test Life Cycle processes to ensure high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Write programs for in-house testing tools for automation and enhance existing automation tools - Write test cases, execute tests, analyze results, and ensure high-quality delivery - Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis, participate in review meetings, and troubleshoot test environments - Write/verify JUnit test cases and have familiarity with JMeter for coding performance test scripts - Analyze performance testing requirements, interpret test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend solutions - Monitor web/application/database servers, create performance test summary reports, and possess knowledge of various testing approaches and techniques - Read and interpret application log files and database reports, and plan, schedule, and execute performance testing assignments within set timeframes and budgets Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in B. Tech./B.E. or M. Tech/M.E. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline - Possess 4-5 years of firsthand experience in software testing - Strong coding skills in Java with the ability to perform code analysis and develop testing tools - Experience with test automation tools, particularly Selenium, is advantageous - Working knowledge of Java, test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and result analysis - Ability to plan, schedule, and execute performance testing assignments within set timeframes and budgets while meeting quality criteria If you meet these qualifications and are seeking a challenging opportunity in software testing, please send your resume to hr@noduco.com.,
