We are seeking developers for a white box testing position within the testing department. You should have strong coding skills in Java, with the ability to perform code analysis, develop testing tools, and create unit tests. Creativity is key as you will be required to write programs for in-house testing tools for automation and enhance existing automation tools. Experience with test automation tools, particularly Selenium, will be advantageous. You will be responsible for writing test cases, executing tests, analyzing results, and ensuring high-quality delivery. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to conduct Root Cause Analysis and Impact Analysis, participate in review meetings, troubleshoot test environments, and write/verify JUnit test cases. Your expertise in test scripting, parameterization, correlation, and result analysis will be crucial for success in this role.
