Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Django, AWS, and modern development practices. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure enterprise-grade applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python with Django framework
• Experience in enterprise application development
• Solid understanding of OOP principles
• Experience with AWS services
• Proficiency in jQuery and Pandas
• Strong coding, debugging, and clean code practices

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap 4
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA)
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and code security
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Exposure to modern development tools and libraries
• Java experience is a plus
• Team leadership and technical guidance experience preferred
