Position Details

• Role: Python Developer
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
• Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
• Join Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Python, Django, or Flask.
• Build, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end, design, and QA teams to deliver robust features on time.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
• Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) with hands-on experience in Django or Flask.
• Solid understanding of ORMs, REST APIs, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience working with Git, Linux environment, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
