Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, and chemicals.
Negotiating with vendors to secure competitive pricing while ensuring compliance with required specifications and regulatory documentation.
Managing the procurement process including issuing Purchase Orders (P.O.), following up on orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Coordinating and attending trade fairs, visiting factories, and vendor sites when required.
Maintaining accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials, chemicals, or related products.
Education:
Graduate or above.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Willingness to Travel
as required.

Additional Advantage:

Experience sourcing materials from China.
Candidates with prior experience in a Merchant/Trading Export firm will be preferred.
