Job Summary:

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key architects, interior designers, and large OEM clients.
• Leverage existing network to generate project leads and maintain repeat business.
• Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product walkthroughs with stakeholders.

• Project Management

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of design and execution-led projects from ideation to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, supply chain, execution) to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve project issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.

• Business Development

• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the A&ID segment.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate strategic actions.
• Collaborate in pricing strategies and proposal submissions.

• Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Education:

   Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Business. MBA is a plus.

• Experience:

   812 years of relevant experience in project sales or project management, with strong connections in the A&ID and OEM ecosystem.

• Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.

• Network:

   Must have an established network of architects, designers, and OEM clients in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
