Sr. Project Engineer

As a Senior Engineer - Project, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics systems. Your role will require strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication abilities, particularly in email correspondence. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding projects through their entire life cycle, starting from the Kick-off Meeting (KOM). Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines - Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems with logical thinking - Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills, collaborating effectively with team members - Communicate efficiently with customers and internal stakeholders - Identify and address risks and issues proactively to control project outcomes - Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for both internal and external customers - Resolve customer complaints and provide necessary support across various departments - Analyze and report on customer complaints, potentially requiring visits to customer sites for issue resolution Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in project-based or Special Purpose Machine (SPM) manufacturing industry - Proficiency in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery - Strong interpersonal skills with proven team management capabilities If you are a proactive individual with the ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of the organization.
