Your Role Project Management: Managing MBE-IAT process and leading the coordination between PC, Div and MBE team at GECIA Leading the MBE - IAT project management and ensuring smooth transitions and effective change adoption Developing and presenting project business cases, aligning objectives, benefits, costs, risks, and resource requirements with organizational standards Successfully managing improvement projects, delivering tangible results Managing relationships with stakeholders from different Product Companies and the division and incorporating their requirements into project objectives Fostering faster/ on time data collection and alignment from PCs, by resolving their queries/ getting the queries resolved by MBE team Ensuring that project stakeholders (divisional key representative), remain in control of all strategic directions and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle Aligning and realigning the team to meet the yearly targets of developing ATMs Highlighting red flags and risks with proposals of mitigation to the sponsors of the project Team Collaboration: Leading team in Gecia that include members from cross-functional entities, fostering collaboration Have a good healthy collaboration with PCs in IAT and the divisional team in Airpower Drive the project towards its objectives To succeed, you will need Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the project domain, technical solution landscape, and understanding of the value, usability, and performance factors that need improvement Basic knowledge on comprehension of test data, and their implications Functional knowledge on understanding the way an oil lubricated screw compressor works, its key characteristics, performance parameters Good Mechanical Engineering knowledge to understand a test standard and performance standard Basic knowledge on MBE is an added advantage Additionally, basic knowledge on Screw compressor package is an added advantage Knowledge and Experience on IAT products is an added advantage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working on projects involving multiple functions or departments and navigating diverse stakeholder interests and requirements Outsourcing and Partner Management: Working with development partners and managing external collaborations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all parties Reporting and Governance: Leading the PTMs and provide holistic update to the stakeholders as per aligned frequency Providing regular progress reports to the division, presenting project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies effectively Budget Management: Maintaining control of the project budget, ensuring transparency in reporting and alignment with project objectives and organizational guidelines Experience & Skill requirements: To be considered for the role of MBE Project Co-Ordinator, you should have the following experience and educational background: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects, preferably with a track record of delivering tangible results Strong communication skills both written and verbal Experience in developing and presenting project business cases, aligning objectives, benefits, costs, risks, and resource requirements with organizational standards Previous experience working on projects involving multiple divisions or departments, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder interests and requirements Proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders from different divisions, incorporating their requirements and aligning them with project objectives Strong leadership skills, particularly in leading teams that include members who were part of the initial project, fostering collaboration, and addressing resistance or skepticism Screw compressor basic knowledge is essential Familiarity with the project domain, technical solution landscape, and understanding of the value, usability, and performance factors that need improvement Experience in conducting user research, designing interfaces, and testing for usability to ensure a positive user experience Strong understanding of usability best practices and the ability to apply them effectively in software development projects Experience in working with development partners and managing external collaborations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all parties IAT products/ portfolio knowledge is an added advantage Basic knowledge of MBE structure in Atlas Copco is advantageous Software Skill Requirements: SharePoint, PowerBi, project management software, such as MS Project or similar tools, would be advantageous Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations is mandatory
