Develop a team as the business grows Strong process docmuentation and training material creation To succeed, you will need We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the following areas: Engineering Change Management SAP Material Master Data Management: Experience in Material Creation, Material Change, Plant Extension, and Sales Text Management. SAP BOM (Bill of Materials) Creation: Expertise in Production BOM and Routing creation. Strong understanding of mechanical product manufacturing processes and inter-departmental dependencies. Data Migration Experience: Knowledge of Bulk Master data update methods, SAP customizations, experience migrating data from legacy ERP systems to SAP. SAP Modules: Knowledge of SAP MM and PP required; other modules is an advantage. Personality Requirements: Self-disciplined, well-mannered, and adheres to office timings and work ethics. Clear and effective communicator, especially in conveying challenges and project status. Proactive in identifying and addressing potential project issues ahead of time.
