Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator – AI/ML (Basic Knowledge) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Education: B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field) Experience: 3-4 years in project coordination or project management Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (B.Tech) and basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and communication across teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI/ML-related and other tech projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with company goals and client requirements Create and manage project documentation including timelines, reports, status updates, and presentations Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software developers, and QA Communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates and manage expectations Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks Help ensure compliance with internal processes and standards Basic Requirement B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines work Environment Location: On-site at Jaipur office.
