Position Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator is a vital leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end project execution within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This position oversees project scheduling, technical review, and field execution while ensuring that internal processes, documentation, and client communications are consistently managed. The role acts as a bridge between technical teams, site operations, and back-office support.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and timelines.
· Coordinate with field and office teams to ensure project milestones are met.
· Supervise Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, and related field staff.
· Review quotations, work orders, and agreements for technical and commercial accuracy.
· Ensure proper documentation including client sign-offs, final measurements, and project closure reports.
· Follow up on warranty card submissions and coordinate fund clearance with Sales.
· Maintain accurate and updated records across all assigned projects.
1. Technical Execution & Oversight
· Plan, update, and monitor comprehensive project timelines and activity schedules.
· Track project milestones and proactively manage delays or risk areas.
· Review and validate technical documentation including:
o BOQs and quotations
o Work orders and execution plans
o Client work agreements and approvals
2. Supervision & Field Coordination
· Supervise and support:
o Project Coordinators
o Project Engineers & Site Engineers
· Ensure field teams are aligned with scope, timelines, and safety standards.
· Support site-level issue resolution in collaboration with the Technical Coordinator.
3. Documentation & Compliance
· Ensure project documentation is current, accurate, and audit-ready.
· Oversee project closure procedures including:
o Client sign-off
o Final measurements
o Warranty card and completion documentation submission
Coordinate with Sales and Finance for fund clearance and reporting alignment
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Educational Qualification:
o B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
· Experience:
o Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, civil site execution, or project management roles.
· Technical Skills:
o Sound knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycle
o Proficiency in MS Excel and project scheduling software
o Familiarity with documentation standards, quality norms, and safety protocols
· Core Competencies:

o Strong written and verbal communication
o Time management and multi-tasking across concurrent projects
o Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
