Key Requirements: - Troubleshoot process issues with a solution-oriented approach. - Provide training, guidance, and coaching to the team. - Understand and stitch together the E2E process horizontally, creating IOP/SOP based on process maps. - Lead the team in project analysis, data input, and successful deployment of Oracle TMS in the GSC. - Ensure data quality for Customer, Vendor master data, and Standard material codes. - Test E2E files, Process Flows, Data flows, and reporting capabilities, ensuring control effectiveness. - Generate reports, analyze process flaws, and provide accurate and qualitative updates to the leadership. - Troubleshoot, investigate, and escalate testing and process challenges as needed. - Share feedback to enhance User experience, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Align with Project team and GPLs for KPIs and process flow directions.
