Sr Program Manager, Regulatory Remediation Task Force - Vice President

Role Overview: You will be the Vice President in the Regulatory Remediation Task Force (RRTF), a specialized team at Citi that focuses on strengthening regulatory reporting and compliance framework in India. Your main responsibility will be to lead critical cross-functional programs aimed at addressing structural issues in data, controls, and processes related to key RBI submissions. You will work closely with various teams including business, risk, data, and tech to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead specific transformation and remediation projects, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance. - Drive cross-franchise coordination and representation in governance forums to influence decisions and ensure alignment on regulatory priorities. - Take ownership of critical RBI submissions, ensuring completeness, timeliness, accuracy, and audit readiness. - Translate complex RBI expectations into clear business and data requirements, holding relevant functions accountable for execution. - Act as a senior interface with Functions, Business, Data, and Technology teams to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving. - Provide strategic Project Management (PM) support for cross-franchise regulatory projects, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation. - Proactively manage risks, escalate issues, and propose actionable solutions. - Support the SVP in stakeholder management, regulatory interactions, and executive briefings. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in banking or financial services with significant exposure to regulatory reporting or project management. - Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. - Proven track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives in challenging regulatory environments. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex regulatory environments. - Knowledge of data governance principles, regulatory standards, and RBI reporting requirements. - Strong Program/Project Management and Coordination experience.,
