Job Summary
This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving the development and evolution of the Collections platform. This role is focused on leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and deliver solutions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Product Manager works cross-functionally to gather customer insights, define clear product requirements, and identify opportunities to enhance the platform s capabilities. The role also oversees product execution through sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with the platform s long-term vision.
Success in this position requires at least five years of product management experience, proven expertise in consumer credit or collections technology, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects while influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
- Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
- Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
- Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
- Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
Expected Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Define and maintain the product roadmap for the collections platform, ensuring it supports the evolving needs of business stakeholders.

Drive prioritization of features and enhancements based on business impact, customer experience improvements, and technical feasibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Min 5 years experience on working with technical platforms ina global setup.

Deep understanding of consumer credit, debt management, or financial services platforms.

Familiarity with relevant regulations such as FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, GDPR, or other global collections regulations.

Experience working with APIs, data platforms, and microservice-based architectures; ability to engage effectively with engineering teams on technical trade-offs.

Strong quantitative skills, with hands-on experience in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI), or similar analytics platforms.

Experience driving automation, workflow optimization, or operational tooling in complex environments.

Strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, risk, operations, compliance, and engineering.

Experience building platforms that scale across multiple regions, markets, and regulatory environments.

Passion for creating customer-centric experiences, particularly in sensitive domains such as financial hardship or collections.
