Sr. Product Manager /GPM Neuro Segment

As a Marketing Professional at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, market expansion, and portfolio growth across various therapies. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities in the competitor landscape, designing and managing the marketing mix, preparing promotional materials, conducting training sessions for the field force, monitoring market trends, managing brand life cycle, executing customer segmentation activities, coordinating with production and supply chain teams, evaluating marketing strategies, handling product queries and complaints, and presenting marketing plans during cycle meetings. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of pharma marketing and brand management, have an analytical mindset to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, excellent communication, training, and negotiation skills, experience in portfolio expansion, brand positioning, and promotional strategy development, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
