Sr Product Developer (C#, Dot Net, Blazor, UI)

About the Role

We re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Product Developer to join our team as we build the next-generation UI experience for our ERP system. What You ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Blazor-based UI components and .NET backend services.
• Work extensively with C# objects, data models, and .NET Data Tables to manage, transform, and present structured data efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow Developers to deliver elegant, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Translate complex metadata and business logic into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Contribute to system architecture and help define standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to mid-level and junior developers.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, fostering a collaborative and positive development culture.
• Stay current with evolving .NET and web technologies always seeking ways to innovate and improve.

What We re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and .NET (Core or later).
• Strong hands-on experience building modern, responsive web applications with Blazor or ASP.NET using Razor templates (Server or WebAssembly).
• Expert-level experience working with C# objects, data models, and DataTables in complex enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a sharp eye for design and usability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with metadata-driven architectures or dynamic UI frameworks is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, dependency injection, and component-based architectures.
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and a drive to build exceptional user experiences.
