Senior Product Designer

• Product Strategy :

  Define product and research strategies to support business objectives.

• User-Centered Design :

  Deliver engaging, thoughtful design solutions to complex business problems, shaping the next generation of digital platforms.

• Design Artifacts :

  Produce design artifacts spanning all project phases, from concept development and design to production and documentation (e.g., evaluations, task flows, user scenarios, information architecture, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, specs, and guidelines).

• Research Initiatives :

  Lead research initiatives, including stakeholder workshops, design workshops, user studies, and research synthesis.

• Collaboration :

  Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and business partners to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, agreed upon, and implemented as specified.

• Mentorship & Guidance:

  Mentor and support design team, providing guidance on best practices, design principles, and execution of client projects.

• Experience :

  6+ years of design experience within the industry.

• Passion for Design :

  Ability to articulate the value of the design process in the development of products and services.

• Research Skills :

  Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods to inform and guide design decisions.

• Design Systems :

  Experience working within design systems and handling complex user journeys.

• Tools Proficiency :

  High proficiency with design tools such as Figma and comfortable designing at different levels of fidelity.

• Education :

  Bachelor s Degree or equivalent practical work experience in Design.

• Portfolio :

  An online portfolio demonstrating superior experiences is required for application.
