Sr. Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Onething, you will play a crucial role in driving design thinking and execution across various industries and digital products. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading projects from discovery to delivery, encompassing user research, ideation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design. - Crafting clean, scalable, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms while maintaining a balance between usability and business impact. - Providing well-structured assets, flows, and specifications for seamless handoffs to development teams. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design lifecycle. - Presenting work clearly and confidently, grounding design decisions in a user-first perspective. - Engaging in workshops and design critiques, iterating based on feedback and user insights. - Contributing to the evolution of scalable design systems and upholding consistency across platforms. - Advocating for design best practices, accessibility, and usability in all projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment. - A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI thinking, polished design execution, and tangible contributions to shipped digital products. - Proficiency in Figma with a solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. - Familiarity with prototyping tools like Protopie, Principle, or Framer, and collaboration platforms such as Notion, Jira, Zeplin, or Slack. - Experience in designing with accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern interaction patterns. - Excellent communication skills for client presentations, feedback sessions, and effective collaboration with developers. - Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities efficiently. Additionally, experience with motion design, micro-interactions, front-end frameworks (like React or Flutter), design workshops, and working across diverse domains such as fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce would be a valuable asset.
