Sr. Product Designer

Role Overview: You will be joining Highspot, a global leader in the sales enablement category, as a motivated self-starter with brilliant problem-solving skills and a passion for great design. In this role, you will collaborate with product design, product management, and engineering teams to design large system solutions that enhance customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include envisioning holistic customer experiences, utilizing customer data for informed product design decisions, providing mentorship to other designers, conceptualizing innovative design solutions, and maintaining design systems and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design large systems solutions that align with business, technology, and user goals - Envision holistic customer experiences beyond individual features - Utilize customer data to inform product design decisions - Mentor other designers to improve their work - Conceptualize and create innovative, user-centered design solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences - Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and best practices for consistency and efficiency Qualifications Required: - Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing world-class experiences - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools - Experience with UX design for cloud or enterprise software products - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Experience in web-based or mobile application visual design - Portfolio showcasing work across multiple projects including style guides and design solutions Note: The Equal Opportunity Statement encourages all interested candidates to apply, even if they do not meet all the listed requirements.,
