Sr . Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Analysis:

  Conduct detailed analysis of product performance, including user engagement, usage patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Customer Feedback:

  Gather, synthesize, and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

• Competitive Analysis:

  Monitor and analyze competitor products, features, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

• Market Research:

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to help shape the product strategy.

• Data Interpretation:

  Translate product performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for product enhancements and new features.

• Feature Prioritization:

  Work with the product management team to prioritize and define features based on data-driven insights.

• User Persona Development:

  Assist in the development and refinement of user personas to guide product development and marketing initiatives.

• A/B Testing:

  Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of product changes and new features.

• Product Documentation:

  Create and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure product alignment and successful product launches.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in product analysis or a related role with a history of contributing to product improvements
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and development processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with user research methods and tools is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms is a plus
• Certification in product management or related fields is a plus
