Experience:

We are looking for a Sr. Process Executive with strong expertise in order processing and supply chain operations. The role requires accuracy, process adherence, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer orders with accuracy.
  
• Perform all required checkpoints before processing orders; notify clients via email in case of discrepancies.
  
• Follow documented work instructions to complete daily tasks and take full ownership of assigned activities.
  
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues impacting order performance.
  
• Report process changes and update process documentation as required.
  
• Meet productivity and quality targets within defined SLAs.
  
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and organizational security practices.
  
• Must be comfortable working night shifts and on Indian holidays.
  

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management / Warehousing / Deliveries / Invoicing (any of these is mandatory).
  
• Strong written communication skills.
  
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  
• Good mathematical ability.
  
• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  
• Experience with ERP/EDI order entry is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
