Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

○ Oversee accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of financial

transactions.

○ Monitor and manage account-related queries and escalations for timely resolution.

2. Invoicing:

○ Manage end-to-end invoice generation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client

agreements.

○ Follow up with clients for on-time payments and address any invoicing disputes

promptly.

○ Maintain records of invoices, payments, and follow-ups for audit purposes.

3. B2B Client Engagement:

○ Build and nurture strong business relationships with B2B clients to ensure long-term

partnerships.

○ Act as the point of contact for client queries, and operational discussions.

○ Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and note down requirements.

4. Meeting Coordination:

○ Attend client and internal meetings, preparing detailed minutes of meetings (MoM)

for documentation and follow-up.

○ Ensure action items from meetings are tracked and communicated to relevant

stakeholders.

5. Initial Client Interaction:

○ Represent Vendify in initial client interactions, gathering basic details and

requirements.

○ Document client needs and share them with internal teams for further action.

6. Process Documentation:

● Document key processes in daily operations (e.g., invoicing workflows, client

interaction protocols, issue resolution steps) to maintain clear records for future

reference.

● Ensure documentation is organized, accessible, and updated regularly for operational

consistency and training purposes.
