Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows).
• Develop and maintain solutions integrated with SQL (Cloud & On-Prem) - including queries, stored Procedures etc.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Manage app lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and SharePoint content.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions.
• Document solution architecture, processes, and configurations
• In-depth understanding of Power Platform security, including environment strategies, data policies, and permission models

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop). and SQL.

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop & Power Pages.
• Good understanding of MS SQL, Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APls.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, OData, Graph APIs and REST APIs.
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and OneDrive integrations.
• Understanding of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint sites.
• Ability to write and debug Power Fx, Expressions, and Flow conditions.
• Experience with permissions, versioning, and SharePoint governance.
• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments.
• Familiar with developing .Net plugins and integration with model driven apps.

Create and manage Custom Connectors to integrate with external APIs and data sources

• Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and best practices to secure Power Platform solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
• Exposure to building solutions using Power Pages
• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
